Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how List Me Generator ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use listmegenerator.com and app.listmegenerator.com (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Who we are
List Me Generator is a tool for print-on-demand and wall-art sellers to create room mockups, listings, and Pinterest pins. The Service is operated by Yugen Print, based in New Zealand.
You can contact us at: contact@yugenprint.com.
What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:
- Your email address — when you sign up to download mockups or join our waitlist. This is the main personal information we hold.
- Basic account information — a record that you have an account, and when you signed in, so we can log you in and provide the Service.
- Content you upload — artwork and room images you add are processed in your own browser to create mockups. We do not store your uploaded artwork on our servers.
We do not collect payment card details (we don't currently take payments), and we don't ask for your name, address, or other personal details.
How we use your information
We use your email address to:
- Send you the sign-in link or code needed to use your account.
- Send you occasional product updates, new features, and news about List Me Generator (only if you agreed to this when signing up).
- Respond to you if you contact us for support.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing.
How your information is stored
- Accounts and email addresses are stored securely using Supabase, a third-party authentication and database provider, on our behalf.
- The website and app are hosted on Netlify.
- Waitlist signups on our landing page are handled by Formspree.
These providers process data on our behalf and have their own security and privacy practices. We rely on their infrastructure to keep your information safe.
Your uploaded images
The mockup tool runs in your browser. When you upload artwork or a room photo, the image is processed on your own device to create the mockup. We do not upload, store, or have access to your artwork.
Cookies and local storage
The Service uses your browser's local storage and cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your settings (such as your studio profile and scene setups) on your device. This information stays in your browser and is used only to make the Service work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Marketing emails and consent
We only send you product-update emails if you agreed to receive them when you signed up. You can opt out at any time by contacting us at contact@yugenprint.com (and by any unsubscribe link once we begin sending regular emails). Opting out of marketing emails won't affect the sign-in emails needed to use your account.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the information we hold about you (which is your email address and account record).
- Delete your account and email address from our records.
- Stop sending you marketing emails.
To do any of these, email us at contact@yugenprint.com and we'll action it.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR), you may have additional rights over your personal data. We aim to honour these requests regardless of location.
Data retention
We keep your email address for as long as you have an account or remain on our waitlist. If you ask us to delete your data, or you close your account, we remove your email address from our active records.
Children
The Service is intended for adults running or starting a print/art business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated where reasonable.
Contact
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@yugenprint.com.
This document is a plain-language template to help you get started. It is not legal advice. Privacy and email laws vary by country (for example GDPR in the EU/UK, and privacy laws in New Zealand and Japan). Because you collect personal data and email a global audience, it's worth reviewing this against your specific obligations — or having it checked — before you rely on it.
